"We recently stayed at the Country Inn in Walker, MN, and from the moment we walked through the door, our experience was wonderful. Check-in was quick and friendly — the staff greeted us warmly, explained all the hotel services, and told us about the complimentary breakfast. Our room was spacious, spotless, and in excellent condition, with thoughtful touches like a mini-fridge, whirlpool tub, roomy desk, and plenty of towels. We especially loved the little rubber duckie gift for social media photos — such a fun idea! The hotel itself was clean and inviting throughout. Although we didn’t use the pool or hot tub, both looked well maintained and appealing. Breakfast the next morning exceeded expectations, with a wide variety of hot and cold options — scrambled eggs, cheesy potatoes, maple sausage, cereals, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, juices, and more. The dining area was large and spotless, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay was delightful in every way. We highly recommend the Country Inn in Walker to anyone visiting the area — it’s a comfortable, friendly, and well-run place to stay."

"This home was perfect for our group of friends! It is spacious and well-appointed, with everything in the kitchen we could possibly need, plenty of bath towels and comfortable bedding. Each bedroom allows for individualized cooling, making it perfect for this group of "I'm cold, I'm hot" friends. The owner was extremely gracious, promptly answering my questions even though I was oblivious to the information posted in the house and was asking questions that were clearly answered in information sheets at the front door and in the kitchen. When we did run into one minor need (dishwasher detergent) he delivered a supply immediately. We couldn't have asked for a better host! All in all, I would highly recommend this VRBO and should our group gather again in Park Rapids, I suspect we will want to locate here again."
