"Our room stayed on 77 degrees the entire trip. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Maintenance was called to fix it, but didn’t. We were told that because of the issue with the air, our parking fees would be waived. Looked at the bill just a few minutes ago and we were charged the full amount ..."

"Living room, two spacious bedrooms and a kitchenette made it feel almost like home. Three 60 inch televisions were great. Don't judge the place until you get inside the suite. Great value in the French Quarter with great bus and streetcar service."
