Staff was friendly. Restaurant was nice. Room was ok. No refrigerator, which I would have liked to have one.

The room was wonderful. The fact that I was staying in a building that was built in 1852 was so amazing. You could tell the walls were original. The room was comfortable. The view of Canal Street was great.

The Westin New Orleans
Great space, conveniently located. Elevator system is a bit annoying as you have to go to lobby via one elevator and transition to another one to get to rooms but otherwise really no complaints! Everyone we interacted with was also lovely
