Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Qtr - Astor by IHG
"My rooms A/C breaker blew. I was offered another room but the gentleman that gave us another room was condescending. Also, we lost power in the hotel from 12am to art 6am which made for a terrible experience. It was shocking in this day in age the hotel didn't have a backup generator."
