Nestled at the edge of the New Plymouth Racecourse, this property is surrounded by a picturesque garden in a quiet cul de sac. Enjoy the convenience of being a short walk from the popular Bowl of Brooklands and Pukekura Park, where you can experience the renowned Festival of Lights from mid-December to the end of January, along with various concerts and festivals.

Please note that all properties are for accommodation purposes only; no gatherings or parties are allowed, and pets are not permitted. Bookings exceeding 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee every seven days.
