This spacious two bedroom two bathroom first-floor unit offers a coastal cottage feel and centrally located in the complex with just steps to the pool outside your door. The condo comes with a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and large living area to entertain guests. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with ensuite bathroom, the 2nd bedroom offers bunk beds with a twin size on top and full size on the bottom, this is the ideal situation for a family or when you have extra guests. Utilities included, wifi and cable also included. This unit will make you feel as if everyday you are on vacation.

Kiawah Bay offers a community pool plus easy access to the river directly behind the building for kayaking or paddle boarding. Offers a private dock in the rear of the complex where you can fish and kayak or simply relax and watch the sunsets! The lifestyle here at Kiawah Bay makes living easy! situated along the Intracoastal Waterway and set amongst beautiful palm trees. The community offers guest & residents a private Boardwalk with river access where residents can fish or cast off on a kayak or paddleboard and is located just across the street from no drive portion of New Smyrna Beach, enjoy the best of both worlds here!

Kiswahili Bay vacation

Place was great.. very clean all that we needed.lookintog back at other places we rented my only negative was either then going to a unheatedpool area we did not have a outside area to just sit outside.people were very friendly and we felt very safe.
