Peaceful Getaway to the Beach

One week was not enough! It truly felt 100% relaxing with a million dollar view. This condo is at the top of my list of Favorites for sure. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated in a peaceful beach vibe aesthetic. The bed is wonderful!! and the condo is located close to so many restaurants and fin places to visit.

This property is my go-to property anytime i am in New Smyrna! 2 stays and another on the books.. They have EVERYTHING you may need. Pool and beach Amazing. The view out of the balcony from the sliding glass window hands down the best spot for the sunrise. Deb is the most amazing host..i have nothi g but A for this property! I am not able to upload pictures from this but i have plenty

Beautiful unit!

This unit was gorgeous! Every area in the condo is renovated, and it is very well equipped. The view from the porch is beautiful and in a great location to see the pool. Also conveniently located near the elevator for easy access back and forth to the pool and beach. We have already booked our stay here for next year!

Super cute, clean and cozy ocean front condo! LOVE! LOVE!!

We loved staying in this condo! Perfect size for the 2 of us, overlooking the ocean and pool, super clean and cozy, nicely decorated and we sat on our balcony every am and pm to watch the beautiful sun. Spring Vacation

Great weather for starters. The grounds were well manicured. The pools and pool furniture were plentiful and clean. The condo is modern and tastefully decorated with a great beach vibe. Ocean view from the balcony, living room and kitchen are breathtaking. The Pelican residents and guests are kind. It was a wonderful and relaxing, 12-day vacation, thanks to this condo and the New Smyrna Beach community ... ocean, beach bars, dining, shopping, community parks.

Paradise

Great property! Very well kept and location is awesome! Grounds and pool spectacular. Grills to BBQ outside very handy. View from the balcony never gets old. I would highly recommend. Two minor issues were the outdated passcode on the fridge for access to the outdoor grounds. Waited till the morning and the office gave us the new one. Other minor issue was an extra parking pass was supposed to be left for our guests visiting one of the days. It was not. Owner responded quickly and this was resolved. Overall i would rent this unit again without hesitation! .

Dad’s 90th birthday

I rented this property for my Dad & his wife to enjoy as part of his 90th birthday celebration. Unfortunately, my dad had a fall and was hospitalized throughout the weekend celebration. His wife was able to enjoy the unit Saturday and Sunday evenings. Kristin’s assistant, Debbie, was extremely helpful with regard to parking pass & pool bands. All of our out-of-town family that stayed at the Pelican condos (6 units) had nothing but good things to say!!

Annual beach stay at the Pelican

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to booking this one in the future if it’s available. A little odd with not having blinds in the main living room, but not a big deal at all. One of the best if not the best unit I have stayed in over the last 15 years.

This is such a great unit if you are looking for a good one bedroom! Very well updated and clean. Plenty of space, even at the slightly smaller size. Very nice unit!
