Escape to the best small beach town in Florida, New Smyrna Beach. A delightful condo ideal for a group of 6 awaits you. Wake up to your only worry of whether to bask in the Florida sun poolside or oceanside. Upon walking in, you’ll be greeted by splashes of warm colored hues and the promise of relaxation. As you start to unpack, step into the bright cheery newly remodeled kitchen (June 2025) to unload your groceries. This space has butcher block sealed counters, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, equipped with every essential you should need. You’ll love starting each morning here with a cup of coffee from either the drip or Keurig coffee makers and your favorite breakfast warming in the toaster oven. You can either enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar or at the dining room table for four.

While most of your time may be spent by the pool or walking the shore, you’ll love kicking back in the living room at the end of each day. Cozy up on the couch (opens to a full bed) or the two recliners for a movie on the 43” Smart TV equipped with cable, a DVD player, and HDMI cables for gaming. The room’s sliding glass doors open to a classic Florida scene of pool loungers, palm trees, and a swimming pool. The balcony is fully furnished and allows guests to sit and enjoy the salty breeze.

The master bedroom hosts a king size bed, 43” Smart TV with cable, and a gorgeous en-suite bathroom, custom-tiled shower, and granite-top vanity.

Those staying in the second bedroom will find their stay equally as restful. This bedroom holds a queen bed and a twin bunk. Guests can use the nearby bathroom which has a combination tub and shower.

The quaint condo is equipped with all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable I.e. plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, cooler, free WiFi, and Smart TV’s (just bring your own log-ins!).

We had a great stay here! It was the perfect size for our family of 5 with all the conveniences of home. It was a nicely updated condo with comfortable beds and it was a quick walk to the pool, activity room and beach. We only wished we could have stayed longer!

Good for a quick stay

Mandy was great at communicating with us and answering any questions very fast. She also helped with an early check in. Furniture was not the most comfortable and sheets need to be replaced but it worked for our quick stay.

A pleasant short stay

We stayed for just two short nights at the end of our vacation. The owner was very accommodating and responded promptly to questions. The unit has all you need. Beds are comfy and the place is clean and well kept. The pool was perfect for the kids. The beach is very nice. Excellent sand and fun waves to play in. Overall very pleased with our stay and would recommend to others.

Great Condo!

Our family has been coming to New Smyrna Beach for decades and typically stays at Ponce each year. We loved our condo this year! The condo is very clean, bright and well maintained with several upgrades, such as both bathrooms, the flooring, and washer/dryer that is included. Communication with Mandy was great, and we would definitely like to stay here again next year!

Perfect beach getaway for families or couples. Something for everyone. So very clean. Rooms were just right. Nice and cool air conditioning. Beach area is steps away and not the crowed busy side. Beautiful beside condo

This property was absolutely beautiful! The condo was clean, plenty of towels, fully usable kitchen area with supplies, plenty of space and right on the beach as stated in the vrbo add. Mandy was the best host, easy to get a hold of and so pleasant to communicate with. We will definitely be renting from her again in the future! Highly recommend

Great location-perfect for a summer beach week

We stayed here for two weeks…coming and going from Orlando! We live in Central Florida. The property is right on the beach which makes everything convenient. It is an older building/condo but that did not really impact us. The rooms and bathrooms are updated but the kitchen is a little older. Blinds and sliding glass doors were also a little dated. Also it is still in the driving beach of NSB but that didn’t bother us. We had a great time enjoying waves, boogie boarding, watching a a shuttle launch and surfing. Izzy tacos, c waffles and bakers table are good restaurants that are less than 5 min away. Would stay here again.

Beachfront Convenience

We love New Smyrna Beach. The unit was well equipped but the floors were filthy. They were vacuumed but not mopped. The extra pillows were quite yellow and it need of replacement. The air conditioner was on constantly, but the temperature never got below 78 in the unit even though we set it for 74 which is not unreasonable.Also, we couldn’t use the other toilet because it didn’t flush due to lack of water. On a note regarding the property, someone should be changing the elevator rugs on a regular basis. They were pretty nasty. I hope you find this as constructive criticism. It’s a great location.
