My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at 1Hotel. Staff was excellent, very attentive, kind, friendly, helpful and overall amazing. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Manhattan New York.

Loved the little window seat overlooking Central Park. Close to the subway, and also walkable to a number of places. Only part that felt a little weird was the bathroom being a fishbowl. There are curtains and stuff to separate the bathroom and bedroom areas, but you can definitely hear everything through the sliding door. I also generally prefer to have a place to unpack (like a dresser), and the wardrobe wasn't ideal. But these are things you can see from the room pics, so it isn't a rating detractor for me.

Front desk staff were so very friendly and accommodating. They made me feel welcomed and well cared for during my stay. It’s also extremely convenient. Easy walk to the park, shopping and subway literally on the same block.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location! Hotel rooms are run down and not worth the nightly price tag. They also charged me for "mini-bar" items that we did not use. I called back to dispute the charge over the phone and the woman I spoke with gave me attitude.
