I used to love coming to this hotel, but I will not return my room had a bad smell and it was hot and the balcony had puddles of water and it did not rain. I guess it came from them cleaning it. The staff was super helpful and try their best to make the situation right. I came to utilize the pool area, which was closed because that we were expecting rain. However, it didn’t rain an FYI, no ice buckets ice is given in a plastic bag which is very tacky.
