Excellent breakfast, but the elevator sucks. We ended up taking stairs down after waiting more than 10 mins for the elevators to come. Luckily, our room was on the 5th floor, not 35th.

Its a nice hotel, property is well mantained and rooms are clean but the neighborhood i would give it a 6 out of 10. Its dirty and many destroyed buildings around

Our AC was broken for 3 of 4 nights. 2 of 4 elevators did not work and at one point all 4 didn’t work and we were on 41 floor. Maybe just bad luck but…. Otherwise nice hotel, great breakfast and location to 2 subway lines. Upper floors facing north have outstanding views.

Great location, nice rooms, very quiet street, wonderful free breakfast, but horrible elevators. Only 4 elevators for a 45 story building! And 2 of them were broken! We waited 20 minutes to checkout just waiting for the elevator and almost missed our train. Too bad because I really liked the hotel otherwise, but won’t stay there again.
