The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Apparently this is a problem throughout the hotel as it is a design flaw. The rooms are quite small with a ridiculously small closet and a small fridge in the small closet. There is no real sense of design or decor in the room. We had a number of family and guests staying at the hotel for our daughter’s wedding. When we asked to take a few pre wedding photos we were told we would have to pay for the privilege. When I mentioned that collectively we were spending over $10,000 at the hotel it didn’t matter to them. We were told that every hotel in the area charges to have photos taken on their premises which is absurd.

The front desk and restaurant staff was very nice and helpful, but your housekeeping department is quite bad. The floors were dirty when we arrived, and were never cleaned properly, the beds were only made twice, even though we stayed 5 nights.

The room looked like a renovation in progress that needed to be completed. Paint splatters on the wood flooring, and huge blank grey walls with no artwork. The bed didn't fit into its frame, and had no headboard. Also, ridiculously tiny pieces of furniture(literally 1 tiny desk that looks like it would fit a 6-year old, and one tiny bedside table. The other side of the bed was jammed up against the wall, so the person that slept on that side had to crawl over the bed to get to their side. A bare curtain rod with the rings still on it. As for the bathroom, there was a dirty bathroom floor when we arrived that was never really cleaned during our three night stay, not even hair being vacuumed up. The shower didn't have a curtain or door, and the spray went halfway into the bathroom. All the doors into the rooms were all beat up-- never wiped down or maintained. And at checkout, there was a $120 plus charge on our room for a breakfast that we never ordered. We cannot in any way recommend this hotel.

I was first told that my room wasn't ready. I requested 1 chair and was told that 2 were in the room. 1 chair was. The upgrade that I paid for turned into a standard room. An elevator was out of order. I bought food to munch, no microwave in the room. My room wasn't cleaned the next day. I drove 6 hours and it just wasn't a very relaxing experience.

The room was quite dirty with the flooring having water marks spread throughout. Our bed looked like it wasn’t refreshed in weeks and under the bed we found an enormous amount of dust. The lobby also had a dirty feel to it, probably because this hotel has been re branded and is there to really just generate revenue under the Arlo brand.

It had a nice ambience and a space that uses sophistication and decadent. The staff were pleasant, and I really enjoyed my stay. Any problems that I had it was addressed over right away so with a great stay, I would recommend it anytime.

Great location, clean rooms with nice views. The area is Pretty walkable and the hotel itself has a nice vibe. The temperatures when we stayed were sub zero and the room was a bit cold regardless of how hard they tried so we dealt with extra blankets. Otherwise I'd recommend for a short stay.

Great stay. Called for some robes one night and told they would be delivering it shortly. It never came. And be careful with the showers. It literally wets the whole bathroom. Other than that, very clean and friendly staff. I would come back.

Would stay again!
My short stay at Arlo was great! The room was very clean and had sleek finishes. I had breakfast the next morning and it was delicious. The decor at the hotel is very swanky and cool! The only negative thing is they charge you a $30 “destination fee”. I don’t understand why.
