Welcome to our historic Brooklyn row house! With its bright, spacious living area and comfortable furnishings, this home is the perfect retreat after a day exploring / working in the city. Located in one of Brooklyn’s safest, family-friendly neighborhoods, it's an ideal choice for those looking to experience the best of New York City.

Our home offers easy access to Brooklyn’s top attractions and seasonal highlights. With subway, ferry, and express bus stops nearby (just 20 minutes to Lower Manhattan!), as well as shops, restaurants, and grocery stores all within walking distance, you’ll have everything you need close at hand. You'll be near the vibrant shops and eateries at Industry City, Park Slope, and the scenic Brooklyn Bridge Park. Just a two-block walk brings you to the Shore Road waterfront parks, complete with running and biking paths.

This is a shared house rental with the property owner (per NYC rental laws), the host will reside in a separate unit. Common spaces will be shared. Parking and Laundry on prem can be arranged for longer stays.
