Glenarm Castle

9.0/10 (19 reviews)
The Earls of Antrim have called it home for 400 years and its spectacular walled garden is one of Ireland’s oldest, and at one time it was almost burned to the ground, it is said on account of a fire being kept permanently burning to warm up a featherless parrot. Glenarm Castle is truly one of a kind.

The Glenarm Lookout, Causeway Coast & Glens

The Glenarm Lookout, Causeway Coast & Glens

10/10 Excellent
"The Lookout in Glenarm is one of the best holiday homes we've ever had. One of the best, that goes for almost every aspect you wish for. It's very clean, there's plenty of room, it's cosy and comfortable, everything you need is there and everything is very well thought-through. Even though it is on a village street it's a very quiet place with an amazing view. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. The Lookout is a perfect base to explore Belfast and the Antrim coast. Beautiful surroundings and lots to do!Whenever I go back I would book it without a doubt, and I can recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in that area."

Holiday Inn Express Antrim by IHG

Holiday Inn Express Antrim by IHG

10/10 Excellent
"Really nice hotel and amazing staff. The one thing I would say is that it’s not very well connected, the train station is around a 25-30 minute walk from the hotel and the train to Belfast are every hour (10 past every hour) so it’s a little bit of a pain to get anywhere. However can’t fault the staff or the hotel. It’s located near lots of a good food places and a supermarket on the door step"
