"Had a good stay hotel staff very friendly and nice, bar staff very unfriendly namely the food and beverage supervisor seemed like he didn’t want to be there standing behind the bar and not serving customers or picking and choosing who to serve first needs to be retrained on customer service and be more welcoming. This happened on the 15/8/25 and I think it could be a reason the bar was quiet at that time."
"Good, standard hotel. Restauraunt inside the hotel which served good food. Friendly staff, clean rooms. We had an issue with the plumbing in our room and they switched us to another one quickly and with no change in cost. 10/10"
