Another great stay at this hotel, we had an early flight from Belfast airport & this is the best hotel in the area that is convenient for the airport ( 10 min drive ) Initially I was concerned about the allocated room that was overlooking the hotel fan system ,but the reception team were excellent in reassuring me that noise would not be an issue & they were correct Great food in the restaurant as well

We were woke for hours during the night with people in the room above singing and banging, the hotal staff tried to quieten them down, but it continued. When mentioned to the reception next morning we were told there was an event on the previous night. If you intend to book, make sure there are no events on or if there is it would appear noise comes as standard! Disappointed with reaction of staff this morning. On a plus the spa was excellent and breakfast was very good.

Overall good hotel - room good size, low quality coffee and tea items. Fridge in room but no fresh milk. Pool etc good and well maintained. Recommend not to have breakfast - overpriced low quality food.
