The hotel was clean and comfortable! The staff was helpful and very kind. My only complaint was really about breakfast and the availability of fresh coffee! We stayed about a week and ate breakfast in the hotel almost every morning. The buffet never changed!! So it was pretty tiring after a few days of eating the same thing over and over. Also, you couldn’t get coffee before 7a (when breakfast started) so if you were an early riser or had an early tour - no coffee for you!

Over for a family wedding We stayed in a very large bedroom with 3no double beds. Ample of room for me and my two brothers who have not shared a bedroom for 47 years!!! Very helpful staff who helped me retrieve my car keys which i initially forgot was in the safe. Lovely hotel which i would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

A fantastic hotel with an exceptional level of service. My room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped—everything worked perfectly. I especially want to highlight the staff—very polite, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. Check-in was quick and seamless. The atmosphere in the hotel was calm and pleasant, allowing me to fully relax. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with top-notch service. Our stay was made 100x better because of the staff! Hotel reception was outstanding! They go above and beyond to help in any situation, the room was amazing, we had a golf course view and couldn’t have asked for anything more! Bed, bathroom, whole experience made our first proper family holiday just one step better! The breakfast was amazing! The staff there was so helpful and thoughtful to go to every need you requested! Massive shoutout to the restaurant that was attached to the hotel, The Dormy Bar and Grill, we actually attended there for three nights out of our stay at the hotel for tea, it was 10/10, the staff in particular a lovely girl “Leah” I think she was a shift leader she became best friends with our soon to be 1 year old little girl, every time our wee girl and her came across each other she put a smile on her face! All the girls were outstanding but Leah made our wee girls holiday!

Another great stay at this hotel, we had an early flight from Belfast airport & this is the best hotel in the area that is convenient for the airport ( 10 min drive ) Initially I was concerned about the allocated room that was overlooking the hotel fan system ,but the reception team were excellent in reassuring me that noise would not be an issue & they were correct Great food in the restaurant as well

From the minute we checked in staff were absolutely fantastic. We ate in the Dormy and food was so lovely and for what it was I thought pricing was really reasonable. Health club was also lovely, spotless. Room really well kept with a Smart TV much to the delight of the kids (combined with a lovely warm cookie at check in they were pretty much amazed!). Can’t wait to visit again.

Had a great time! The property itseis beautiful and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Everything was great! The staff is very sweet and kind. The breakfast was great as well they serve fresh omletes as well, lived every bit. Went there for a pre valentines weekend and thoroughly enjoyed every bit.
