"Beautiful hotel overall, not your ordinary room, class and attention to detail. The roof top is 10/10, one of the best in the city and in the evening, you can tell by how busy it is and the line to get up. Guest have VIP access to the Basement Club/bar venue, no wait. Line is always long, including access to roof top no matter what, no wait. Staff is friendly and timely; the food options and bar are top notch. Best part is you are in arguably the best part of the city, we were able to walk to everything, and subways are close for airport. One of my best hotel experiences by far. Location location location! I will return"
