Didn't use amenities however the room was dirty! The shower did not drain so we stood ankle deep in dirty water while trying to shower. The room just looked dirty. Smudges on the wall, dust in the corners, hand prints all over the door.....

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
Very outdated hotel. Charged for a smoking fee when I don’t smoke at all and told them it was probably my hair tool releasing smoke into the air. They told me they were going to charge me their fee anyways. Could not get in contact with anyone upon leaving

Good location but soooooo many people! Lobby was always full. Checking in your bags took forever! You had to do a line for pretty much everything.
