"No coffee in the room at all and the breakfast selection is very poor, probably better to go out for breakfast and not pay for it at the hotel. I didn't find the staff very friendly on arrival at all, in fact when I told her I couldn't hear well as I was partially deaf she seemed even ruder! "

"Front desk not one smile! Didn’t feel welcomed at all by the lady that was working the front desk! Beds, terrible. The only great thing about that place was George and housekeeping staff. I stayed next to what seemed a playground. Kids yelling all day next to room 3025"

"When we got to our room, it was cold. The heating unit was blowing cold air. We requested to have someone come check the unit out; we were told to leave it at 70 degrees to warm the room up. We left for the afternoon and when we returned to the room was it was freezing. With lots of back and forth from the room to the front desk, we were offered another room. When I went to the room to gather my belongings, the room finally warmed up. Needless to say, it was an inconvenience. "
