"I decided to book my stay here for the duration of the time I would be in New York. This hotel is completely packed at all times, which can be a little hectic. However, it makes sense because the location is actually perfect. It is near a lot attractions and all subways. I also downloaded the Marriott app to have smooth communication with staff through text instead of constantly calling. Their response times are usually very quick. I’m taking away a star or two because our experience checking in was dreadful and the housekeeping is horrible. When checking in, the line wasn’t too long but we stood there for almost 45 minutes to get our room. The staff that was helping me was rude and helpless. As for housekeeping, they did NOTHING but just throw the trash away in our rooms when we requested it to actually be cleaned with beds made, they couldn’t even do that for us. Although this hotel location was great, I wouldn’t want to be back here the next time I come back to NYC."

"There was no breakfast available. There was no coffee maker or microwave in my room."

"My 9-day stay at the Hampton Inn Times Square was awful. You can literally wait 10-15 or more minutes for elevators, making you late for engagements. The King by is very small but always crowded with people waiting to get on elevators or check/in out. The fire alarm sounded on two different occasions. The rooms are so tiny, you can’t properly use the desk chair. The bath is the size of a closet. My room was only cleaned once during a nine-day stay."
