Clean room, friendly staff and good amenities

The pool was gorgeous. It was a bit tricky downloading the app on the phone to open the door. The app would just shut down and it took at least ten tries. Staff was wonderful. Helpful and kind. Dinner was average. I ordered a cauliflower steak which was good, but a very high price for just a large piece of cauliflower. The map to walk around the grounds was confusing and I ended up on the golf course, which didn’t make some Of the golfers happy. Bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept in.

Great hotel for football fans, right across the road from St James. Very central and easy walk to key attractions. Overall though an average hotel. Noisy as so close to the city centre, bed not great, no air conditioning (even noisier with windows open) and just lacked a little care eg soap dispenser in shower fell off, hard to have a shower without soaking the bathroom. We booked fairly late so price paid was very high for the standard, but review not impacted by this.

We stayed for just one night visiting our son at Uni. The apartment was superb. Perfect as a comfortable base for going out and about. Despite the traffic in the area it was quiet. Bed was comfy so a good night’s sleep. Communication from the owner was excellent. Will definitely return.
