I wish I had the heart to lie,and rate this establishment a 1 star. Only because I don't want to keep this magical place to myself. My wife and I stayed for a quick honeymoon weekend and fell in love with the place and staff. Suzy made the most delicious breakfast, and Eric was a great guide and knowledgeable in the history of the property.

Beautiful home!! I loved the old-fashioned decor and rooms. So pretty and fun to stay in. The proprietors were terrific and so friendly. The breakfast that Susie made was absolutely delicious! I thought I wasn’t hungry but I ended up eating it all. I’d definitely come back.

The Dominion house B&B is one of the loveliest places we've ever stayed in. Great hospitality and attention to details. Breakfast by Susie is absolutely amazing. Strongly recommended.

Amazing little gem

I’m torn between telling everyone about Dominion House and keeping it to myself. What a glorious B&B, with a swimming pool too. Only 3 rooms so you never feel crowded. Kathy was a welcome host and Liane’s breakfasts were amazing. It was really hot over the weekend, but the house was cool so even though it has A/C, I was still able to sleep with the windows open. So quiet and still. A family of deer wandered the lawn. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was great, the library had tons of books and a Keurig and coffee and tea. First time in a B&B in years, they’ve definitely raised the bar for me. Will be back next time I visit Storm King Art Center.

This bnb is wonderful. The hosts are so welcoming and easy to talk to. Breakfast was soooo good and if you’re lucky enough to score on the scones get ready for the best you’ve ever eaten imo. Bedroom was clean, comfortable and private. It felt like home. The pool was perfect and just relaxing in an environment that’s so peaceful was exactly what we needed in such a noisy world. Will definitely be back! Thank you for a memorable stay.

Dominion house maintains its vintage character and has remained in the family for three generations. The home has a unique charm. The innkeepers were welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. It was a wonderful treat to start our mornings with an amazing homemade breakfast. We will definitely be returning.

This is a beautiful old home. We visited in the fall and the surrounding property was gorgeous. The owners were friendly and made a delicious breakfast. The only note I'd give is that our antique bed was SO loud and creaky -- it screeched even if just turning over or even yawning. The house is not far from a town that has lots of dining options and it was very close to the venue where we were attending a wedding.

Great place to stay for the NY Renaissance Fair

There are lots of great reviews that say exactly why this place is so great. But let me hit the high spots. WE came up to visit the NY Renisance fair and this beautiful Band B is only 11 miles from the fair grounds. The owners are both very nice and personable. The house itself is a site unto itself, with beautiful original crown moldings and many original pieces of furniture. The quiet was a wonderful attraction for me. It was sooooooooo quiet here, no cars, planes, trains, or any of the other distractions of daily life. To make my review short and to the point, my wife and i are already planning another trip here.

I stayed for only one night as I was attending a wedding at Brotherhood Winery. I wish it was longer! I was in awe of the original furnishings. I enjoyed a cup of tea while paging through books from the 1800’s! I hiked on the abandoned railroad and listened to birds and frogs and pet their horses along the way. The leaves were peak. I almost didn’t want to leave to attend my wedding!! I slept the best I’ve slept in weeks in the Morning Glory room. It was a very spacious room. When I left the next morning, I didn’t have time for breakfast. Susie had a goodie bag prepared for my journey back to NYC. It was a very beautiful house. I loved every minute. Thank you for having me.

Unser ganz besonderes Highlight in New England

Der Flair des Hauses, Garten und Pool ist unbeschreiblich. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer ruhigen Straße auf einem riesigen Grundstück. Man fühlt sich wie im Film. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich freundlich und professionell und bereitete uns einen tollen Empfang. Man findet hier die absolute Ruhe und Erholung. Alles ist extrem sauber. Das Haus, Zimmer und Bäder und auch der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück was serviert wird ist total lecker und wird stilvoll auf feinem Porzellan serviert. Die Uhrzeit kann man frei wählen ab 8 Uhr am Morgen. Es wechsel täglich ! Toll fanden wir die Kaffeemaschine mit vielen verschiedenen Sorten Kapseln und Kühlschrank der für die Gäste bereit steht. Die Betten fanden wir persönlich sehr hart und haben etwas geknarzt bei jeder Bewegung - aber das ist unsere persönliche Meinung. Es war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis dort 2 Näche zu verbringen. New England absolut authentisch. 100% zu empfehlen ! ! ! ❤️👌🥰
