Steps to iconic Mad Martha's Restaurant and the new Georgie Porgie's Ice Cream Factory. First floor boasts a huge living room, open dining area, large kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and plenty of storage. A stylish first floor 1/2 bath with full laundry complete the first floor. The second floor master bedroom is massive and equipped with a luxury queen size bed, new furnishings and the perfect deck to enjoy the amazing views of The Plum Island Basin! The second bedroom consists of a twin daybed. A full bathroom with large linen closet complete the space. The spacious loft on the third floor has new Pergo flooring, unique furnishings and a comfortable queen size bed and two twin beds. Air condition units on all three floors.
