"If you appreciate a hard-working family owned hotel you will feel comfortable here. The staff are all actively engaged in customer service and genuinely concerned for your well-being. After staying in corporate owned Sheraton‘s recently, I have realized that this is the type of hotel I prefer and I see a stark difference in how I am treated there. The corporate owned hotels have extremely Disinterested and hostile employees most of the time. It really stood out to me how these folks have total ownership attitude about their hotel and they take pride in what they own and operate. What could be a more American than that?"

"Friendly staff. You get what you pay for. The room wasn't awful, but did smell heavily of cigarette smoke. Sheets were stained and I found a cockroach on the floor. Shower was not sufficiently cleaned out. That being said, the bed and pillows were comfortable and it provided some sleep after a long day. "
