"There was mold in the shower. It was also very outdated. The door didn't close properly so the water got outside of the shower and created a huge flood which I had to clean up. The staff didn't listen very well when asked questions, but there was a strong language barrier (not Irish). I reported that the hallway ceiling light was not working, but they never fixed it. The only ammenities provided other than shampoo and conditioner was a shower cap."

"Bonjour, Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié le logement ainsi que son emplacement exceptionnel.La maison était très propre, bien rangée et parfaitement préparée pour notre arrivée. Tout était bien organisé et les indications pour l’accès étaient très claires, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée très simple.La vue sur le lac est magnifique et le calme est absolument remarquable. C’est un véritable plaisir de pouvoir profiter d’un cadre aussi paisible et reposant.L’hôte est également très agréable et sa communication est excellente. Grâce à ses messages et aux informations transmises avant notre arrivée, il a su anticiper toutes nos questions et nous a permis d’arriver sereinement, sans avoir à nous soucier de quoi que ce soit.Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir !"

"The hotel is updating it's water-view restaurant and bar. That's a shame even though the alternative facilities were OK. I was advised that this was the case in advance of my stay but is the only reason why I did not give a 5-star review. Staff were very helpful and welcoming at all times."

"Rooms were big and clean. Beds were well maintained and soft sheets. Breakfast had a lot of options and tasted good. Flat White coffee kept me fresh for the start of the day. Service was fantastic."
