The world-famous town of Cowes (6.5 miles), synonymous with sailing, boasts several regattas and races to enjoy throughout the summer months; the wide esplanade backing onto Cowes Beach is the perfect spot for a relaxing. Discover some fabulous local shops, cafes and restaurants in Newport 2 miles away, the largest town on the island, or visit the nearby Osborne House 4.5 miles away, Queen Victoria’s splendid summer retreat, surrounded by scenic parkland.
