Large home to rent on the beautiful Isle of Wight
Large family home to rent on the Isle of Wight in the beautiful area of Newtown. Main house, barn conversion and annex. The annex and barn conversion are a 20 metre walk from the main house across the gravel driveway.
On the ground floor of the house you walk into a hall way with a coat and boot room off to one side. There is then a large open plan kitchen with 4 door Everhot oven, lots of storage, wine fridge along with 3 additional fridge freezers. Large dining table leading into a sofa area with a downstairs loo and office off it. Large double sitting room area with open fire and TV. Spacious utility with washing machine and dryer, hallway and playroom full of toys and TV. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (2 super-king and 2 king) with 3 bathrooms.
The annex consists of 3 bedrooms (2 super-king and a bunk) 1 large bathroom and 1 shower room. Off the annex is a converted barn (unheated) with sofa area, dining area and small kitchen.
Large garden surrounds the property, ample parking, outdoor dining and sofa areas with a BBQ.
Cot and highchair available on request.
The house is based in Newtown. The closest towns, all 10 minutes drive away are Yarmouth, Cowes and Newport. Newtown is an area of natural outstanding beauty. We have many many absolutely stunning walks near us and there really is lots to do. There are farm parks, theme parks, many many beaches, sailing opportunities, seaside activities and a huge variety of things to do for all ages and families.
The house is fully furnished to a very high standard. The house was re-furbished and an extension added in 2022. It is a very cosy, happy family home and we hope that everyone enjoys staying at the house.
