It is a lovely, well looked after, well stocked property with a spacious layout.
3/4 bedrooms look onto the Nevern estuary, 1 - into a beautiful garden.
Very well stocked (nice sharp knives - normally a big problem with rented accommodation, kitchen equipment, very good WiFi).
Very clean. Especially important in these Covid-19 times. Felt very safe.
Our kids loved the very large window sills - a perfect place to sit with a book/tablet.
An easy walk to Newport, which we've done a few times.
A gate in the back garden leads to a mountain right behind the property. Makes for an excellent walk with fabulous views.
There is a parking space right outside the property, but it is really a street parking and, while always available, it was a bit of a squeeze to get in/out of the driver's door. But it's a minor.
Communications with the owners were excellent. Bob was very helpful and quick to reply.
We'll happily come back again. A wonderful place.
