Step outside and you’re in the centre of Newquay, with beaches, coastal walks, restaurants, and cafés all within walking distance, no car needed.



Other Things to Note:

Central Location: The apartment is in the heart of Newquay, so some street noise may be heard, particularly during peak season.

Parking: There is no private parking included. A secure pay-and-display car park is located directly opposite, with free on-street parking available nearby (subject to availability).

Smart TVs: TVs are set up for streaming services (e.g. Netflix, Prime Video) using your own accounts. Live TV is not provided.

Infants: A travel cot and high chair are available on request. Please bring your own cot bedding.

Larger Groups: We have a second apartment in the same building, which may be available for larger group bookings.

Longer Stays: Discounts are available for longer stays, contractors, and relocations — we regularly host working professionals and extended bookings.

Peace of Mind: Your stay includes accidental damage insurance at no extra cost.
