We loved our stay here. Would recommend a sea view room as the views were beautiful. Location was ideal not far from the centre but the B&B was in a nice quiet spot. The hosts Jayne and Dean were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfasts were perfect with lots of choice and lovely fresh food. Would definitely stay here again. Top class B&B with exceptional hosts

This is one B&B we will stay again. We just did not want to leave after our 3 nights. The hosts were amazing and could not have done more for us. A top class B&B with exceptional attention to detail decor, great food and amazing views.

We stayed a week and from the day we arrived to the day we left Jane, Dean and family looked after us really well. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was out of this world. The location is perfect for anyone wishing to go to the beach, shops and dining out. Also, the bus and railway stations are within easy walking distance. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lazy Waves to anyone wishing to stay in Newquay.

We had an amazing getaway at Lazy Waves, thanks to Jayne and Dean exceptional service. From the warm welcome to the breathtaking views and delicious breakfast (and the apples), everything exceeded our expectations. The loveliest stay in a beautiful location. We stayed for 3 nights at Jayne and Deans b&b and didn’t want to leave.
