There's under-floor heating, private parking and an enviable hill-top location being just 5 minutes walk from the bustle of the town centre and 15 minutes walk from gorgeous Towan Beach.
Newquay golf course is just down the road as is world famous Fistral surfing beach with plenty of restaurants and bars to take your fancy just a stone's throw away too.
