Peaceful barn conversion in super central location

This generous barn conversion makes a wonderful base for families, in a quiet, private setting. The fantastic central location (a few minutes drive from the A30) makes a perfect spot for exploring this beautiful county in its entirety. Relax at the barn, enjoy expansive views across Cornwall, delve into piles of books or laze in the south facing garden.
Midway between Truro, Newquay, and St Austell.
The space
Full private use of house. Situated in a hamlet down a private lane. Plenty of parking immediately outside.

Oil fired central heating. Wood burner in living room (plenty of wood supplied for cosy evenings).

Living room and walk-through bedoom (sofa room) upstairs, everything else downstairs.

TV with Freeview and DVD in living room, WiFi cover across house (BT unlimited 50Mb FTTP connection to house), Bluetooth speaker system in dining room for your own music enjoyment from your phone/laptop.

In addition to the main dining room, the kitchen has small dining area. Well serviced kitchen with dishwasher, electric range cooker, hob & microwave. Good sized fridge and small freezer. Washing machine.

Master bedroom and second bedroom have king size beds. Twin beds in third smaller bedroom. Sofa bed in living room.
Guest access
Fab playhouse with secret den and slide for kids in the garden. Large sunny patio with BBQ and table & chairs.

Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits provided.
Feel free to pre-order supermarket grocery deliveries between 12-3:30pm on your arrival Friday. We'll make sure its in the fridge/fruit bowls/cupboards ready for you. :)
