Stylish family home near Fistral Beach with hot tub

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Sleeps 10 plus a child and a baby/ toddler in 5 en-suite bedrooms. Only a 3 minute walk from the world famous Fistral Beach. Also close to Newquay town centre, and the beautiful Gannel Estuary and Crantock Beach. Tucked away, the house is private and peaceful and our new wood fired, wooden hot tub makes for brilliant evenings at home. The house also has off-street parking, comfortably for two cars. Please note we do not allow EV recharging.

The space
The house has one living and eating space, with a fully equipped fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher, double oven, 5 ring gas hob, fridge, under-counter freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and ample cupboard space. There's also a utility room complete with back up drinks fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The large table seats 12 comfortably. The space has double bi-fold doors opening onto a slate paved area with comfortable garden furniture. The garden is lawn with mature shrubs. The new covered pergola and wood-fired hot tub make a great focal corner for evening socialising.

The lounge area has super-comfy sofas and a large Smart TV. We've got a great selection of board games guests are welcome to make use of. There's also a Snug/ TV room on the ground floor.

The house has 5 bedrooms. Four on the first floor comprising:

Master bedroom with a Super King upholstered bed and a luxury sprung mattress. This room has a sink in the bedroom and a compact shower room with toilet and hand-basin.
Double bedroom with luxury sprung mattress and lovely views over the countryside. The family bathroom is right across the hall and has a good size shower, toilet, sink and roomy bath.
King bedroom with luxury sprung mattress with a memory foam topper and an en-suite bathroom with a compact bath and over bath shower, toilet and sink.
King and single room. King size bed has a luxury sprung mattress, and the single is a memory foam trundle style bed. Ensuite bathroom with sink, compact bath and toilet. TV set up to free-view.
All the first floor bedrooms have built in wardrobes and chests of drawers for guest use.

On the ground floor is a further bedroom. The Yellow Room is off the utility room with a bathroom opposite and has a King size sprung bed with memory foam topper.

There's two entrances to the house, through the front door but also through the side door where there is ample shoe and coat storage.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house apart from the garage.
