  • Magnolia Lodge is situated within the grounds of our 10 acre small holding just 3 minutes from the A38 Devon Express way and 1 mile outside the market town of Newton Abbot. The spacious accommodation, all on ground floor level, features a contemporary wood burner in the lounge, fitted kitchen with range cooker and built in appliances, 2 bedrooms (both can accommodate travel cot), 2 bathrooms, enclosed garden and parking. There are an excellent range of local shops, restaurants and facilities nearby to cater for all requirements. The central location is ideal for beaches, moor and countryside or visiting the cities of Exeter and Plymouth.
