"Stayed for one night while attending a wedding. We knew check in wasn't until 3pm, but thought we might be able to check in earlier. We arrived 1.45pm and asked about check in. Without even asking for my name or checking whether our room was ready, we were told "no, not until 3pm you'll have to come ..."
