Staff was pleasant, parking was $90 extra for 2 days. Valet parking only

Minor irritations not expected at the room price slightly diminished an otherwise excellent experience of spacious room, relaxing decor, great bed, great storage, surprisingly quiet given location, friendly helpful staff. I found inconsistent room service- hair conditioner was empty the whole stay. Soap not replaced. Some nights turn down performed, other nights not. Ridiculous pricing of in room supplies. A little more attention to detain and consistency would elevate an overall excellent experience.

EVERYONE was so nice, accommodating and helpful! Check in was easy! Room was spacious and just like the picture. Clean rooms, great food and nice bar, too! Room service was yummy and fast. No complaints at all.

Hotel rooms were nice and clean, beds were really comfortable, affordable place to stay.

Staff was friendly -- Phillip and Gilbert. Bummed that I could not get a glass of wine at 8:55 p.m. -- air travel delayed my arrival.
