Cozy Suite is ✅️a ground-floor apartment in Central Business District of Niagara Falls. This apartment is about 5-minute walk to GO train and WEGO Bus. You can also take GO bus to get to downtown.

Free ✅️onsite parking for two vehicles is provided for guests who bring their car. But do not park in the shared driveway between the nextdoor and my house.

The keyless entry access and separated entrance door provide comfort and safety for guests.

Free fast WiFi(1Giga), Netflix offer entertainment and interest for guests throughout staying.

The location of Cozy Suite is convenient for exploring Niagara region's variety of attractions, the Falls, and near wineries.

Bedrooms;
The primary bedroom and the second bedroom have comfortable queen-sized beds. ✅️All beds and pillows have protectors for guests' hygiene. It prevents bedbugs, odors and stains.

Bathroom;
Fresh towels(face towels, hand towels and bath towels), complimentary toiletries, and a choice of a soothing shower or a relaxing bath are provided. It also ✅️ includes Hair Dryer, Hand Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, cotton swap, etc.

Kitchen;
Our fully stocked kitchen has modern appliances and ample counter space. ✅️ For your breakfast, we provide complimentary bread and butter, eggs, coffee and cream, tea, water. Hope you enjoy!!

The living room with an electric fireplace, 50" UHD LED Smart TV with Netflix provides a cozy and inviting space to relax.

Laundry;
There is LG Wash Tower with a washer and a dryer that will be shared with other guests on the 2nd floor. It is at the front entrance of the house. Detergent and fabric softener are provided. Only the laundry room is shared with the guest on the 2nd floor, but each floor has a separate entrance. Don't worry.

Mudroom;
The mudroom door stays unlocked for convenience, and then the inside door needs passcodes. The mudroom has a housekeeping closet. Sometimes we visit the mudroom to pull things out of the closet as needed.
