Our stay was good over all however the pillows are not so comfortable, too soft that it does not provide support on your neck therefore we end up getting a pain on the neck area

For the price we paid this hotel is excellent, significantly exceeding our expectations. The room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds and a standard hotel washroom. The service was also great - staff were very friendly, available 24/7 and helpful - we forgot some toiletries and the front desk provided these to us for free. The pool has a hot tub and sauna which was nice and also very clean. The complimentary breakfast was very much appreciated. Overall a great stay, would highly recommend. It's also less than a 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill where all the attractions are.

This property was disgusting, our room wasn’t even cleaned. There hair and dirt everywhere. The bedsheets weren’t even changed. There was lots of hair in the bed as well. Also, this is the first hotel that I’ve seen that did not have a mini fridge. And TV didn’t work, there was an extra pillow behind the chair on the floor in the corner of the room that was dirty. They moved us to a different room, and I asked them if this room was cleaned for sure. And they assured me, yes. We got into the new room and The Jacuzzi didn’t work, The TV didn’t work, There was hair on the couch and on the coffee table and on the kitchen table and on the end tables. There was hair on the bed and in the bed There was hair in the standup shower, lots of it. The shower obviously wasn’t wiped down because there was stuff all over the wall and the floor. There was sugar all over the table. The toilet was dirty. The toilet lid and toilet seat were lifted up. The toilet bowl was dirty. The toilet paper wasn’t fresh. Air condition was broken Just a very, very terrible experience and will never stay in this hotel ever again, because of all this it wasted so much of our time put us late for dinner at the keg and that was just across the street. We had to clean our hotel room ourselves because there was not even a safe in the room to put our valuables. And in the second room, there’s still no mini fridge. I would give the Hotel less than one star if it was a possibility. Very, very disappointed.

This was not our first time at this property. The staff are always pleasant and the rooms are clean, the beds comfortable. The free breakfast is always very good. Coffee and tea are available in the dining area 24/7. The only thing that we would appreciate would be a fridge and microwave in the room. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Centrally located on busy commercial strip but only 2 blocks from access street down to the falls. Sound insulation in room was goid considering how busy the area was. Over a dozen chain eateries within footsteps of the front door. Off-site parking lot (included w/stay) wasn't too far away. Staff were friendly and answered questions about area. Breakfast was OK for being continental style. Seating was limited but elevator back to room was nearby.

Checked in at 3, had to pay extra for parking. No fridge or microwave in the room, hottub was out of service until 7pm giving us only a few hours till close. Hot tub again was out of service In the morning so we couldn't use it before checkout, the telephone had this annoying red blinking light that was blinking constantly. Terrible experience over all.

The staff was very courteous, and for an old hotel, the facilities were kept very clean. However, I was very disappointed that there was no refrigerator in the room. That struck me as very unusual as most other hotels feature fridges in the room. The walls also seemed very thin as the noise from the adjoining room was quite loud.

It was a basic hotel room. No fridge, which was inconvenient, the headboard had a pile of dust on it otherwise it was pretty standard. Basic room decent location in Niagara Falls. Staff seemed friendly. Rooms are not sounds proof. I could hear the neighbours into the middle of the night and we could hear every time someone shut a door in the hall way. Satisfactory space to lay your head at night.

Arrived after midnight and the 2 staff that were present still welcomed us with a smile. Smells clean. Room is good. Surprised that there is free breakfast (toast, bagel, banana bread, cereal, mini donuts, coffee, tea). There is no microwave in your room, but there is a communal one in the dinning room that you can use anytime. There is no fridge but there is a coffee maker. There’s 2 parking areas. One by the hotel and the other one is just across the street. We will stay again. Thank you!
