"I booked a city view room for a conference. It ended up being a tiny internal room next to the elevator. My window looked out to the hall of my conference (photo attached). It was very loud and I was kept up by the elevator all night. While I was there, I was out of the hotel from 8-4 each day. And when I came back each day my room had not been attended to. The shower was designed poorly and I had to use towels to keep the water from the shower from going out into the hall. On the last day of the conference around 4 PM the hotel called up to my room asking for another guest. They asked if I was planning on booking for another night since I was still in my room. I had to tell them they got the wrong room and it turns out they had marked down my room as a completely other guest. On the last day, I also lost access to the Internet when I texted the number that was supposed to help me they essentially gave non-responses now I believe I may have been supposed to be in a different room and the person that was in my room should’ve checked out, and somehow they cancelled my Internet as it was tied to my room. When I told the front desk the issues I had they gave me the fakest sympathy. They did not offer any solutions just “oh sorry”. I don’t think I will be going back to stay at this hotel again. They also lost my business partners bags. But I’m sure they’ll leave their review also"

"This place was amazing! Nice, clean and sanitary room. Bed was very comfortable as well with an very attractive price per night stay. Walking distance from the fall and around all sorts of food and other shopping stores. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend this place. We will stay there again if we are to visit Niagara Falls in future."

"Stayed here for my birthday weekend w/ my family of 4 & we really enjoyed our stay! Check-in was a breeze and shortly after arriving, I received a text message from the hotel letting me know I could communicate w/ guest services via text throughout our stay. This was super convenient & they were always very responsive. We had a small issue with the duvet in our room & after sending a quick text, housekeeping was sent promptly to resolve it. The customer service throughout our stay was excellent. The kids especially enjoyed the amenities, esp the swimming pool. The location is also perfect, very close to Clifton Hill and easily walkable to many attractions. The only downside was the pricey parking, so we ended up parking off-site across the street instead. What truly stood out was the exceptional service after our stay. I accidentally left my AirPods behind after checkout & didn’t realize until we got home around midnight. I immediately tracked them & emailed guest services & hotel security with the location information, honestly not expecting them to actually be found. Within 48 hours, the hotel manager personally called me to let me know they had located them using the details I provided! Since they were a fairly new & was an xmas gift I was incredibly grateful. They shipped them back to me right away & I received them the very next day. Overall, we were extremely impressed and happy w/ our stay. The staff truly went above & beyond our expectations!"
