This B&b was a one night stay for me , it was a good stay .especially for a late night check in , the man at the desk was very friendly when arrived. it suited me well , as I needed to stay close to airport . For a late night arrival flight . This b&b stay is Only a short distance from the airport ,easy to get to from airport .

Very close to the airport which was great so we walked to our hotel. Took us 10 min from the Airport. Our flight arrived there late around 9 pm so the streets were pretty much empty. The onky thing was that we were hungry and thirsty when wed arrived and all the stores were closed which coming from Canada where some stores or convenience stores, gas stations are open 24 hrs. So we had to walk abit to find some water and some snacks. Even though the area is a great place to sleep due to the proximity of the airport, it was very sketchy at night time when the streets are empty except for some prostitutes and sketchy immigrants roaming yhe streets but we were lucky to find a place that was closing up shop and the owner sold us some sandwiches, water and a few sodas to get us by. I recommend buying something at the airport before you go to the hotel if your flight arrives in Nice, France after 8pm because everything will be closed. We are staying there again to catch our foight home becaue of the location to the airport but we will be making sure we have some food and water befoew we arrive at the hotel. The rooms were good and clean and cheap to lay your head to catch your flight. If you want a place to just sleep and be within walking distance to the airport, this is a good option. The staff at the hotel are nice and very helpfull to us anyways.

Very small rooms. Cleaned the room just once during our 6-day stay which was very unideal. Noisy; it sounded like someone kept trying to come into our room even in the middle of the night until I just figured that sound comes whenever someone else is getting into their room on our floor. Very nerve wracking. Also the toiletries need to be changed. The towels were so old and thin and clearly overused. On the upside I liked the hotel lobby, it was always lively even at night with the snack bar/ mini restaurant? and ample seating options

Our first impression of the property from the street was not positive because the area outside is a bit chaotic and there was nowhere to park for check-in. However, once we did get in the hotel, we found it very clean, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was well worth the price. The location was perfect for our need of a comfortable place to sleep before an early flight out the next day.

Room was spacious and generally pleasant. Instructions said if you donā€™t want your towels changed, leave them hanging! We wanted ours changed, so we left them on the floor. Since the shower cannot be completely isolated, it is hard not to get the water on the bath floor. Thus need to use the towels to wipe the floors. No room service at all! No luggage table thus breaking our backs bending repeatedly. Connecting to WI FI makes you utter the 4 letter word more than once. Kind of like easy jet of hotels.

There was no one at the desk. I did not like electronic checkin outside a locked fence. Tge screen did not display in any language besides french. The exterior of the property, and especially the lobby, was worn, dirty and dark. I do not recommend this property

Not Airport hotel
This is a reasonably priced, no frills hotel, but it was comfortable, clean and quiet. The front desk was professional and helpful. My biggest gripe with this hotel is that they call themselves an ā€œAirport hotelā€ (which is the main reason I chose them), but they have no shuttle to the airport. If you have an early flight - you are at the mercy of taxi or Uber service in Nice (which can be kind of spotty in off hours). They even suggested walking to the airport (itā€™s a 25 minute walk ) - which is kind of a ridiculous proposal with a luggage.

This hotel is doing too much yet not enough.
It's a new hotel so it's clean and it looks nice. The breakfast buffet was fairly priced and had good options. There are some weird design decisions that made the stay annoying. I stayed there for 3 nights and the wifi kept kicking me out. You're required to fill out an online form each time you join wifi and I had to sign in at least twice a day. It got annoying. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed in that did not have a phone in the room. Which meant that we had to walk to leave our room, take the elevator, and then go down to the front desk when we had a problem with our room. Also, they weirdly only gave us to bath towels for our staff. No face towels. The front desk was responsive when we had an issue with our room. It's also about a 10 - 15 min walk from the airport and a 8 - 10 min walk from Nice St. Augustin Station which is fairly central station. All in all, it's just an okay hotel. It was good enough since we wanted to be close to the airport and train station plus we only needed the space for a few nights. If you're staying longer, it might be worth spending a bit more at a different hotel.

For the price, I could get a HILTON accommodation. No hair dryer, only 1 pillow, breakfast terrible. The entrance is confusing. I have other client lost in the building. I wonā€™t recommend this place. Poor customer service

This place was absolutely awful. The staff was rude. Never experienced anything like it. At first I thought it was because I was from the US, but then another guy and his wife who were from france was complaining about the same things I was. There is no phone in your room so you have to go down to the desk if you need anything. The air conditioner in my room was almost non existent. It was go in and out and when you have 2 people in a room, it was always stuffy. Wifi was a joke. You could log on for about 30 minutes, but get booted out and constantly had to put in your information in order to log back in, which to me could be a security concern!! I wouldnā€™t recommend this place to someone I donā€™t like! Itā€™s the worst!!!!

Excellent receptionists
Amazing service and very cooperative receptionists. Delicious breakfast and pizza. One thing needs to be considered is the size of rooms. They are very small No space for luggage and no wardrobe!!

Toilets were not clean. I had to clean them myself. Check out was supposed to be at noon but the room service came at 9:00, they knocked twice at the door, just when I was leaving the bed to open the door, she already opened it.

Acceptable for one night
Desk clerk offered to call a taxi for our 5 AM exit. It was a private car that charged us 35 Euros to get to the airport!! Do not trust the desk. Call your own! Clean, minimalist room. No box springs: a matress on a board. Cold room, no heat control. Few pillows. Low price.

Very nice hotel. The room is clean, beds are very comfortable. Close to tram, 7 minutes to the airport. The front desk staff are very nice and informative.
