The villa is located in a dominant position facing south with impressive sea views.
The 10m x 5m swimming pool promises you pleasant moments. The summer kitchen is located next to the swimming pool. The enclosed park of 3,600 m2 is planted with century-old olive trees, palm trees and Mediterranean species.
For your comfort the villa is provided with 4 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, large living room, wi-fi.
The entrance gate is automatic and you will have enough space to park your cars.
In the surroundings you have a golf, tennis, horse riding center.

The majority of the rooms, the swimming pool and the terrace offer a magnificent view of the sea.
The house offers all modern comforts: Wifi in the villa, a kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher. Even at the swimming pool the summer kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave.
