Gîte No. 1 is a duplex on the first floor of the house. - Entrance to the living room (1 double sofa bed, 140x190 cm), - Kitchen area. Duplex: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 140x190 cm). Shower room with toilet. Electric heating. Washing machine in the laundry room on the ground floor. Olive trees are 50 meters away. Public parking in front of the gîte. Charges included. Bed linen and towels are NOT provided. Communal gîte located in a terraced house. Located 20 km from Nice, in the Var valley, Castagniers is a small hilltop village in the middle of Nice, surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation. Very beautiful open view and magnificent panorama from the top of Mount Cima (880 m). Access to the village by the picturesque D14 road, climbing in bends from the D2202. Superb walks and hikes around the village, visit the Cistercian convent of Notre Dame de la Paix where you will enjoy chocolates and jams made in an artisanal way. Visit the Vallon obscur du Donaréo, classified Natura 2000, without forgetting the oil mill. Semi-detached duplex house located in a village perched above the Var valley, hills of the Nice region
