Gîte No. 2, duplex, on the 1st floor of the house. - Entrance via a private patio with furniture off the living room (1 double sofa bed 140x190), kitchen area. - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190) - Bathroom - Separate toilet Duplex: - 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200), - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190). - Shower room with toilet. Land planted with olive trees is 50 meters away. Public parking in front of the gîte. Charges included. Bed linen and towels are NOT provided. Tourist tax is extra. Communal gîte located in a terraced house comprising 4 rural gîtes. Located 20 km from Nice, in the Var valley, Castagniers is a small hilltop village in the middle of Nice, surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation. Very beautiful clear view and magnificent panorama from the top of Mount Cima (880 m). Access to the village via the picturesque D14 road, winding up from the D2202. Superb walks and hikes around the village, visit to the Cistercian convent of Notre Dame de la Paix where you will enjoy handmade chocolates and jams. Visit the Dark Valley of Donaréo, classified Natura 2000, without forgetting the oil mill. Semi-detached gîte located in a village perched above the Var, hills of Nice country
