Located 5 minutes from local shops, 10 minutes from the city centre of Nice, the villa is quiet and enjoys an open view of the village and the surrounding hills.

Due to its location, you can visit the riches of the Nice region, its picturesque villages, its beaches, its hinterland, its gorges, its valleys according to your desires.

The villa is tastefully furnished with a beautiful living room-dining room-open kitchen opening onto the south-facing terrace equipped with a dining area, the secure swimming pool with a lounge area and sun loungers and a garden of about 200 m2.

It has 4 bedrooms: one on the ground floor with 1 double bed (2 twin 90cm beds), a shower room with toilet and a laundry area.

3 other bedrooms upstairs with 2 double beds (160 cm) and 1 single bed (90 cm). A bathroom, separate toilet.
