Gîte with reversible air conditioning located on the 1st floor: access via an external staircase (8 steps). Single storey gîte/upper terrace. Entrance to living room TV and 1 sofa bed (140x190). Kitchen with dining area. 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) with balcony 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190). Bathroom with separate WC. Balcony, terrace, small garden. Parking. Charges included. Cleaning on request package. Shared swimming pool accessible from mi-april to october round but not heated! Countryside close to Nice, capital of the Côte d'Azur. This house includes a gîte on the first floor and two ground-floor rentals. Gîte No. 6241 is on the same property. Wooded grounds and a swimming pool shared by the owners and other rentals, which are accessible seasonally. Contes is one of the main towns in the Nice hinterland. You'll find all the shops and services on site in the village, including tennis courts, basketball courts, and a climbing area. The village's location makes it ideal for both mountain hikes and seaside bathing.
