In Tourrettes-sur-Loup, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 240 m² air-conditioned house with panoramic views and a swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It features a 40 m² living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a 2,300 m² garden. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Garden level:
- A 9m x 4m indoor swimming pool with shower, accessible all year round. Heated to 26°C only from April to the end of September.
- A 4-person studio with 2 sofa beds and kitchenette
- A bathroom with shower and checkroom area
- WC

First floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied)
- Living room with dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... with a glassed-in breakfast area overlooking the garden.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC

On 1st level :
- Bedroom 4: a queen-size bed (160×200) and 2 single beds, an en-suite bathroom with WC and a terrace with furniture
- Bedroom 5: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 2,300 m² enclosed garden planted with olive trees, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A 100 m² terrace on the 1st level with furniture
- A 180 m² terrace with furniture on the 2nd level

The house is ideally located in Tourrettes-sur-Loup, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Le Mas des Moulières The place was great, very well maintained and clean. It was even better than the pictures. The view was simply beautiful and our group enjoyed the patio, the pool and the sauna. It is close enough to the sea and various cities for day trips. The local nature and hiking is very good. Tourrette sur Loup is the local village and it is a 10 minute walk, uphill mind you, but worth it. Our whole group of 8 simply loved it there. Communication was also very good.

The kids and adults loved the swimming pool and sauna. We cooked in the house a lot and the kitchen was well equipped, plus it was walking distance from the town with great restaurants and ice cream parlour. Would highly recommend!

Genügend Platz, um alle zusammen etwas zu unternehmen, aber auch vielfältige Möglichkeiten, um sich irgendwo zurückzuziehen. Dazu zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Natur, Kultur, Strand) in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung. Le Mas des Moulières "Logement réservé pour un événement familial (une bonne dizaine de personnes avec des enfants), nous avons apprécié les nombreuses chambres et le grand séjour, permettant à chacun d'avoir son espace tout en pouvant se retrouver tous ensemble. Le mas a beaucoup de cachet avec une grande terrasse offrant une superbe vue sur la côte et est très bien équipé. Le temps n'ayant pas été de la partie pour pouvoir faire de grandes activités extérieures, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et du sauna. Je remercie également Gwladys l'intendante, qui a été disponible et réactive. En bref, un très bon séjour dans ce joli mas que tout le monde a beaucoup apprécié."

Nous avons appris quelques jours avant notre arrivée ( une fois la totalité de la somme payée) que la température serait limitée à 20 degrés, il a fallu beaucoup insister pour avoir 23/24 degrés ce qui est inférieur au minimum de 26 degrés utilisé partout dans les équipements couverts. La piscine n’ a donc été utilisée que par les trois membres du groupe les moins frileux, les autres ont dû renoncer. Au delà de la déception, je pense qu’il y a une forme de tromperie sur ce produit qui est par ailleurs remarquable, mais qui ne correspond pas à la présentation qui en est faite sur le site."

She provided some wonderful recommendations within the local area in Tourettes-Sur-Loup. The house itself is amazing! Scenic views, swimming pool, decking/ terrace area and spacious bedrooms bathrooms. It had everything we needed.
