"It was a great location right next to the main Nice train station and very walkable to the beach and Old Town. The room was small but okay for the price and just being one person. Really no complaints, good budget friendly hotel if you're traveling solo and plan to take the train a lot or need a central location in the town!"
"After staying in a boutique hotel in Paris, the room was large and spacious. We had a balcony facing the Mediterranean which was an added bonus. Yhe cleaning staff took care of our room daily and the bar on site was very nice to have. Check- in is 3 pm. They will hold your bags if you arrive early. The promenade is acrisssthe highway with seating, rental bikes and restaurants. There are restaurants galore near the hotel."
"My room was clean and overlooked the beach. I did not try the breakfast. There was no bar to speak of, though a rooftop bar would be ideal at this location on the promenade."
"Room had a bed and 1 very small table with 2 chairs. No furniture with counter tops. Only place to place items was on the floor. Also the small refrigerator was locked. Even after requesting access, no one came to unlock. Great view, crappy room, high cost."
