The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property. "This is a beautifully restored hotel placed in an old historical building that used to be connected with the Wieliczka Salt Mine. The adjacent spa with saunas, jacuzzi and a sizeable pool is a wonderful addition. Clean, cozy, quiet with a lot of character. The location is great and the staff is friendly. "
