Summary:
Thyline One is a recent and very spacious vacation apartment for 8 people. With its very central location between Nieuwpoort-Stad and Nieuwpoort-Bad, you are within walking distance of the city centre, the beach and so much more! It has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed and is ideal for a family stay or a getaway with friends. With its own parking place, free Wi-Fi and a garden with garden furniture, you have everything you need for an escape to the Belgian coast.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

The Space:
Thyline One has a welcoming and homely feel. Upon arrival you will find immediately a cozy, spacious living room a fully equipped kitchen. There is a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, toaster, and microwave for you to use throughout your stay so you’ll have everything you need for your break in Nieuwpoort.

The ground floor apartment has 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed in which you can enjoy a wonderful night's sleep.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, a shower and basin.

Outside there is a large terrace with outdoor furniture. It is a lovely space to enjoy your cup of coffee or to have dinner.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

Okay aber nicht noch einmal.

Versprochen waren „Parkplätze auf dem Gelände“. Leider war nur ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Andere Stellplätze kostenpflichtig. Etwas unangenehm wenn man mit zwei Fahrzeugen anreist. Kaffee aus der vorhandenen Kaffeemaschine nicht genießbar. Die Mitbewohner des Hauses beschwerten sich weil wir um 22 Uhr noch Gespräche auf der Terrasse führten. Klimaanlage war ohne Funktion. Der Filter in einem gesundheitlich bedenklichen Zustand. Ansonsten sauber und gepflegt.
