Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Not a nice onsen hotel I would recommend, nasty decor with insects in the room. Quite spoiled my vacation trip to Japan for Christmas and New Year holidays.
Stayed 1 night in Dec 2019
