The villa is beautifully renovated. The room was clean & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately the wifi frustratingly continually dropped out & the tv had no reception. The owner said it was because of a storm but I'm not convinced about that.The parking was easy, however, if you are a nervous driver, be warned, the road from Kotor is a single lane with 2 way traffic. It is a beautiful location.

My time here was great as a solo traveler, it was a really calming end to my trip. Everything was great from the check in to check out, food is absolutely amazing. It is easy to spend way too much money here but you get what you pay for.

Even before arriving at the hotel, I received an email informing me that the room I had booked did not include access to the swimming pool. I have to say that the advertising was misleading, and the fact that the hotel sends this email in advance suggests they are aware of the issue. Although it was stated in the fine print after selecting the room that pool access was not included, the layout is very confusing. Hotel rooms, rooms with pool access, and rooms without pool access are all mixed together, making it very difficult to notice the difference when booking. This felt misleading and was very disappointing. Overall, however, the place is lovely. There are restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket, making it very convenient. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff are wonderful!

So I was there for 4days with a group. The facility is clean and some of the staff were friendly. On check out I was charged an extra 20+ euros daily for "service charge" that was not included in the initial bill and this is also minus the extra govt charges I had to pay. I was also told that I would not be getting my points towards the stay as I booked through expedia! Needless to say Hyatt will not be my first go to hotel moving forward!

Not worth what we paid for, only one restaurant in the resort, accessing two pools is paid, you have to repeat your requests to get it done and never use their transportation as it's extremely expensive
